FEBS – Federation of European Biochemical Societies

A long-standing partner of the SFBBM in promoting European research in biochemistry and molecular biology. Officially established on January 1st 1964, with the initial aim of facilitating intra-European meetings in the field of biochemistry, the first FEBS scientific congress was held in March 1964 in London. The SFBBM today actively participates in the FEBS executive committee and working groups.
